Coverage requests

The form asks for your name, email, optional organisation, and details about your event. Active MPT managers can use these details to review the request, arrange coverage, and reply to you. Submitting the form does not publish your details on the website.

Member information

MPT Desk keeps membership, schedules, assignments, and attendance within the member portal. Public biographies and portfolios are separate records, published by a manager. Contact requests go through the team rather than exposing members’ personal email addresses.

Services and verification

The application is designed to use Vercel for hosting and Supabase for accounts, records, and images. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies public requests. A hashed network identifier limits repeat submissions. Member sign-in uses session cookies.

Questions and corrections

For questions about a submitted request or to ask for correction or deletion, reply to the team member handling your request, or message MPT on Instagram at @pkc_mpt. Include your request reference in a private message, rather than a public comment.
